Horizontal loops are our most common install. They require a large lot (usually 1.5 to 2 acres minimum), but they are more cost effective than vertical loops and perform great!
Vertical loops are used when our customers homes are on smaller lots. These loops work great but are a more expensive install due to the cost of operation for vertical drill rigs.
Pond or Lake Loops are used when there is a body of water on the property. These loops work great and typically the least expensive to install.
Open loops are used when there is a good source of potable water, such as a water well. The water is pulled from the well, moves through the unit, and is disposed of into a pond, creek, or onto the ground. These are the least commonly installed loops in Georgia and South Carolina.
"John's Knowledge of Geothermal HVAC and Geothermal Loops are second to none. He provides great service for both loops and equipment"
